For incoming 9th graders from Archdiocese of Miami Catholic schools.

Step 1. Create a portal account
Create a family portal account, then start an application for your student.
Create account
- Select the Catholic feeder school program when prompted
- Choose 9th grade
- Set year: 2027-2028
- Enter the student’s name
Step 2. Register for the High School Placement Exam (if needed)
For 9th grade applicants who have not taken the HSPT
Complete HSPT registration and submit the $50 exam fee.
Register for HSPT
Applications missing the fee will be considered incomplete and cannot be reviewed.
Step 3. Complete the online application
Open your student’s application from the family portal and submit it.
Go to portal
Without a submitted application, the admissions process cannot begin.

Step 4. Upload required documents
Upload the following documents in the portal. Pastoral recommendations must be sent directly by a parish or school official — not uploaded by the family.
- Copy of your child’s birth certificate
- State of Florida Physical Exam Form DH3040
- State of Florida Immunization Form DH680 — no religious exemptions will be accepted
- Pastoral recommendation form — if applicable (submitted by parish/school official only)
All required documents must be submitted for your application to be reviewed. Incomplete applications will not be considered for enrollment.

Additional documentation (students with learning disabilities)
If your child has a documented learning disability, please also provide the following:
- A copy of the current Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan
- Initial and most recent psycho-educational evaluation (conducted within the last three years)
- Details of any accommodations or support services currently provided by your child’s school
If no IEP or documentation is provided, your child will not receive accommodations for the HSPT.
